[Minimus is now being followed by a small cloud hovering about a two feet above his head. Occasionally, it storms, or strikes him with lightning powerful enough to daze him temporarily.

[ minimus ambus may notice during his trips around the downtown area and the village some very peculiar things:

often peering from bushes or corner of buildings is a spirit - standing out in the darkness with how clean they are. you'd think a bedsheet that white and crisp would be dirtied by the nature around them and yet it isn't. they watch minimus ambus with big optics, letting out chirrs out of curiosity while observing him from a decent distance. attempts to interact with the spirit will cause the spirit to disengage and flee, skittering off on light footsteps to avoid causing a dustup.

another strange thing of note is the fact daylight has also been hanging out a lot in the usual places minimus happens to be hanging out too. he's more than eager to make himself useful to 'mr. ambus!' and try to fill the quietness with conversation and chit-chat, clearly trying to find out stuff about minimus - things like his hobbies and interests. his likes and dislikes. things like that.

if asked about what he's doing, daylight just grins and shrugs, giving the cryptic comment of 'observing stuff!' before suddenly remembering he has things to do. he too is quick to disengage, leaving with a cheerful goodbye and a promise that he'll hang out with mr. ambus very soon! it's fun to hang out with him! ]

[Minimus is first suspicious of Daylight suddenly want to help. Is he attempting to be in his good favor before breaking the news that he broke something? There's also the small storm cloud hovering over him that could flash with lightning, he doesn't want anyone to get too close. He does appreciate the extra help in sorting moving old branches to the side of the road, but this answers for the first day or to are simple.

He enjoys a clean room. His background was in law. Rules and order bring him happiness and comfort in the chaotic existence that is life. All boring stuff, really, but if Daylight wants to know, he should know the truth.

If he's sneaky, he can walk in on Minimus shoveling snow while softly singing Backstreet Boys songs to himself. There's plenty of songs he learned from Verity's playlist, lots of pop songs and boybands and some 50's songs he discovered on his own, but the moment he thinks he sees movement, he stops singing and focuses on work.]
