No, your assumption is reasonable. I will have to assign greater care to Terra, especially with his history of escalating conflicts. Though his threat level is equal to that of a typical hooligan, I worry what will happen if his behavior remains unchecked.

Inform me if there are any other injuries he has infliected on others. We may have to issue a public warning to the ship if this continues.

In temperament, he certainly does seem like your typical temperamental hooligan, but... I am concerned most for the organic crewmembers and the robot masters such as Crashman. Terra almost killed him with ease.

It may be worth following up with my colleagues in the medibay and any engineers onboard to make a supply of barrier projectors for those who are most vulnerable, at least until this is resolved, but... [Velocity makes an unhappy noise]
